Skills:

  • Resource should have good experience in handling Day to day Operations (L1, L2,L3) for the above provided devices. L3 level expertise is a must .
  • Resource should be able to troubleshoot any sort of issues with his experience and bring quality production maintenance.
  • Resource should be ready to take on call support.
  • Resource should have good communication skills. (Language: English).
  • Resource should be able to collaborate well within other infra support teams and maintain high quality conversations in these interactions.
  • Monitoring, Vendor Management, Health Checks would be part of day-to-day Operations.
  • Resource should be able to bring in a quality approach towards Operations and identify opportunities for handling duplicate Incidents, involve in ticket remediation etc. .
  • Resource should have a sense of ownership in dealing with Incidents, Changes, Problems.
  • Expertise in Implementation and administration on NetApp Cluster mode filers and providing solution for the same.
  • Expertise in Brocade & Cisco SAN switches for SAN connectivity.
  • Strong knowledge on FC and IP based storage replications
  • Co-ordination with multiple stake holders / Third party Vendors for break-fix.
  • Must be able to lead the critical outage calls.
  • Participate in weekly/ monthly/ customer meeting.
  • Must be well versed in Storage reports generation.
  • Tuning parameters and fixing Storage performance issues
  • Experience in capacity and performance scale out management.
