Meet Ranjitha KR: Associate Software Engineer, Application Development & Automation

As someone early in your career, what stood out to you while working on Ahana's website from scratch?

What stood out to me the most was being trusted with a real, end-to-end project so early in my career. Working on the Ahana website from scratch helped me understand how requirements are converted into an actual product. It also taught me the importance of attention to detail, consistency, and taking ownership of my work, which made the experience both challenging and rewarding.

How did this project help you move from college learning to real-world corporate experience?

In college, learning is mostly theoretical and task-based, but this project exposed me to real expectations like deadlines, quality standards, reviews, and feedback. It helped me understand how teamwork, communication, and responsibility play a role in delivering a professional product. This transition made me more confident and better prepared for corporate work.

What can you tell us about the culture here at Ahana Systems and Solutions?

The culture at Ahana is very supportive and inclusive, especially for trainees. Seniors and team members are approachable and always willing to guide, which creates a comfortable learning environment. Feedback is constructive, and there is encouragement to learn and improve, which makes it a great place to grow early in one's career.

If you could describe your journey so far in one word, what would it be?

Growth — because every phase so far, from training to completing my first project, has helped me learn, improve, and become more confident professionally.
